INTRODUCTION

Function (Qingdao) Marine Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Function Technology”) is the main business sector of the Group, which is jointly invested and established by Taiwanese ADATA Group, a world-famous high-tech listed enterprise, and Function Group.

In addition to being an innovative marine biotechnology enterprise, adhering to the strategic direction of “marine technology and medical nutrition”, Function Marine Technology is a strategic partner of Norwegian Aker, a world-famous listed marine technology innovation company. Joining hands with Marine Biomedical Research Institute of Qingdao, Function establishes the “Nutrition and Health Product Innovation R&D Center” and lays out the world's seven major production and supply bases in depth to provide consumers around the world with high-quality nutritional and health technology products at “fair price”.

The Industrial Park gives full play to the industrial and technological advantages of Function Technology, improves the whole industrial chain of Function Technology and even comprehensively improves the production technology level of marine dietary nutrition products in China. In addition, it speeds up the achievement transformation of international high-quality Antarctic krill oil technology into the domestic market, and realizes the whole process from global supply chain to localized production.

Partners of the Company do not only include many investors with rich experience in multinational investment, but also successful entrepreneurs in China and Taiwan, as well as social elites who are very influential in the world. At present, the scale of Function Capital Management includes RMB fund of 500 million and USD fund of 300 million.
